AIOTI at IoT Week 2022
Last week has been a real success for #AIOTI at the #IoTWeek2022! We are proud of our contribution and we are grateful to all the colleagues that shared with us their knowledge and contribution.
Our Chair, Juergen Sturm @Texas Instruments, represented our organisation at the official opening of the Week ✅
We, then, had 3 sessions that saw the contribution by Ovidiu Vermesan @SINTEF, AIOTI WG #Research Chair on:
✅ Panel on Ubiquitous IoT Connectivity Potential Industrial Applications,
✅ Session on Internet of Intelligent Things and Evolutionary Computing Convergence,
✅ Panel on #IoT Intelligent Connectivity and #EdgeComputing #Research Priorities.
We had a ✅ panel on #IoT and #EdgeComputing impact on #GreenDeal at #IoTWeek2022 with Francesca Poggiali @GS1 and #AIOTI Digital for Green Chair as moderator and Georgios Karagiannis @Huawei AIOTI WG #Standardisation Chair as speaker.
Our Chair WG #Energy, Natalie Samovich Enercoutim, moderated a session on the challenges to foster #CleanEnergy transition, #resilience and energy security in #Europe.
Then, our AIOTI WG #Health Chair, Pietro Dionisio @medeainnovation presented on a ✅ panel about Trustworthy in #ArtificialIntelligence in the #healthcare domain.
We also had a ✅ AIOTI #Testbeds specific session: Presentation of controlled experimentation facilities
Finally, we had a ✅ panel on #Ontologies in the context of the European #GreenDeal together with both AIOTI WG #Standardisation Semantic Interoperability TF Co-Chairs Martin Bauer @NEC_corp and Laura Daniele @TNO_Research.
I think it is fair to say that we kept ourselves busy last week. And, as if it was not enough, we even had our 1st in person General Assembly after 2 years. And an AIOTI dedicated booth, where the following testbeds have been shown:
- Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center FutureLabs
- Huawei Edge Computing over TSN
- Distributed Ledger Technologies testbeds” ✅
