GeSI/GIO Roundtable of Digital Innovation Empowers Industry Green Low Carbonization Development at MWC2024, 28 February 2024

AIOTI Secretary General was speaking at this roundtable that was organised to discuss and advocate, together with industry partners: (1) the objectives of the UNFCCC-GIH Green Initiative “Systemic Innovation Empowers Future Net-Zero City”, (2) further foster the ICT for Green avoided emissions measurement and optimization methodology, based on the ITU-T SG5 L.1480 specification, and elaborate on its implementation globally, and (3) promote more Green Practices and Applications in various industry scenarios.

The goals of this session are:

1.  Elaborate on the ICT and digital enablement green methodology consensus and identified challenges.

2. Foster the implementation of ITU-T SG5 L.1480 and extend its Applications.

3. Promote the application of ICT and digitalization in green industry development.
