Scope:
AI, data, IoT, Cloud, Edge and Computing Continuum, digital infrastructure, supercomputing, semiconductors, quantum, cybersecurity, energy efficiency, immersive technologies, verses, digital and virtual triplets
Objectives:
Monitor and identify the AI, IoT and Edge Continuum and distributed computing research activities and future trends.
Develop, and maintain the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), while updating the future research roadmap and identifying the gaps.
Liaison and alignment of research activities with relevant European partnerships and flagship projects by contributing to further collaboration, synergies, and alignment between partnerships research agendas
AI, IoT and Edge Continuum strategic alignment with Europe's digital vision and clean technologies priorities by defining the unique elements covered by AI, IoT and Edge Continuum community.
Advancement of AI, IoT and Edge Continuum based on future intelligent connectivity across industrial sectors.
Next-generation IoT platforms integrated in the edge distributed computing for autonomous systems
Support for intelligent high performance, energy efficient IoT edge components and systems.
Support the development of tools for development of distributed sensing/actuating IoT edge systems.
