On February 6-7th 2025, the Women in Digital project was officially launched in Brussels, marking a significant step toward building a more inclusive digital Europe.
This initiative aims to break down the barriers preventing women from entering and thriving in the tech industry, digital careers, and beyond. Over the next 24 months, WIDCON will harness data, research, and networks to drive meaningful change and address gender imbalances in the digital sector.
With a strong focus on data collection, community engagement, and insightful reporting, the project will identify key challenges and opportunities for women in ICT. Additionally, AIOTI will support the establishment of the Women in Digital Forum, ensuring a lasting impact beyond the project’s duration.
